Terms of sale

These terms govern the sale of bedding, comfort and ambient products sold by Noio Shop (NOIO SHOP LLC) to individual and business customers.

Product descriptions include key features: materials, dimensions, colours, functions and care instructions. Technical specifications are supplied by the manufacturer and provided as a guide, subject to manufacturing tolerances.

Prices are shown in the store’s currency, excluding shipping costs and any taxes applicable to the destination. The total, including shipping and taxes, is shown before you confirm your order.

To place an order, add products to your cart, then confirm the order summary. The sale is concluded when payment is confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You can also enter a valid promo code there.

Shipping destinations, delivery times and shipping costs follow our shipping settings and are displayed before you confirm your order. Tracking details for each shipment are emailed to you once it ships.

Return procedures, eligibility requirements and refund timelines are detailed in our returns and refunds policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Products are covered by the statutory warranties applicable in the jurisdiction of sale, including those for nonconformity or hidden defects. Damage caused by improper use, impact, immersion or product modifications is excluded.
