Returns & refunds

Items must be returned complete—with any accessories, instructions and original packaging—in a condition suitable for resale. We cannot accept items damaged by misuse, impact or washing that does not follow the care label.

Email contact@noiostore.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Please wait for this confirmation before sending your parcel.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, not as described or sent in error by us. In these cases, we cover the return and exchange costs.

Report any shipping damage as soon as your order arrives, with photos. We'll open a case immediately and offer a replacement or refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

You can exchange your item for another model, subject to availability. Any price difference will be settled before the new item is shipped.
